-  Sodium: aids the absorption of nutrients during digestion (such as the active transport of nutrients and water from the gut). Replaces electrolytes lost through sweat. Maintains hydration. Maintains fluid and electrolyte balance.

- Potassium: rehydrates during and post exercise bouts.

- Sodium, Potassium and Chloride: These minerals are necessary for water and electrolyte balance throughout the body, for a quick replenishment of lost salts due to sweating and dehydration.

INGREDIENTS:

Sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, anhydrous glucose, sweetener (sucralose, E-955), orange flavour.

RECOMMENDED USE:

Take 1 sachet per day during 10 days.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of approximately 200ml of water.
